The DirectX Diagnostic tool built into your PC will scan for sound and video issues related to DirectX, it will also provide a system overview of your audio and video hardware, including driver dates and versions.
Gather a DxDiag file for troubleshooting
- Go to your Task Bar at the bottom left of your screen and search for “DxDiag”
- Open the application, and a loading bar will appear as it scans your system.
- Click "Save all information". A "Save As" window should open.
- Choose your desktop or preferred location and Click "Save".
