Recently grabbed downloadable content or add-on but not seeing it in game? Don’t see it in your list of purchases? You made it to the right place! Normally, after purchasing an addon it will download and install to your console if any hiccups occur try the following:
Check available storage
If the DLC or addon shows “waiting to install”, or appears in your transaction history but isn’t showing up in game make sure you have available space on your PlayStation’s hard drive.
Select Settings > Storage to view the space available. The amount needed will appear on the store page for the DLC.
Verify the purchase completed successfully
You can check your transaction history from the PlayStation store website or directly from your console. If your purchase does not appear in your transaction history contact PlayStation support.
PlayStation 4: Settings > Account Management > Account information > Wallet > Transaction History. Choose your account and follow the prompts to select the time range you would like to view.
PlayStation 5: Settings > Users and Accounts > Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Transaction History. Choose your account, and follow the prompts to select the time frame you would like to view.
Reinstall Add-ons or DLC
You can install or reinstall individual add-ons or DLC from the add-ons page on your console.
PlayStation 4: Choose Library > Purchased > The Texas Chain Saw Massacre. After selecting the game scroll down to PlayStation Store > Your add-ons.
PlayStation 5: Select Games > Game Library > Purchased > The Texas Chain Saw Massacre. Open our game hub and choose Add-Ons.
Restore Licenses
If a DLC or Add-on appears with a lock icon on it, or isn’t appearing in game take these steps to restore the license.
PlayStation 4: Settings > Account Management > Restore Licenses > Restore.
PlayStation 5: Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Restore Licenses > Restore.
